INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Follow the steps given below to apply online :

Step 1 : Apply for online Registration using own Email id and Mobile number.

Step 2 : Fill in the online application form and Note down the System generated application number.

Step 3 : Upload Scanned images of

• Recent passport size photograph(file size 10kb-200kb) should be either in color or black & white with 80% face on white back ground(without mask)
• Candidate signature(file size 4kb-30kb)
• Community Certificate(SC/ST/OBC/EWS)file size(50kb-300kb)
• PWD Certificate(file size 50kb-300kb)
• Duly verified result awaited attention form(file size 50kb-500kb) in jpeg/png format.

Step 4 : Pay fee using SBI/CANARA/HDFC/ICICI Bank/PayTM, Payment gateways through Debit/Credit card/Net Banking UPI, Keep the Proof of Fee paid.

Finally Download, save or Print a copy of Conformation page of the application form for future reference.

DOCUMANTS REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF EXAMINATIONS

Candidates who will not bring the following will not be allowed to Enter the Exam hall.

• 1. Admit Card along with self declaration for covid-19
• 2. One passport size photograph same as uploaded on the online application form for attendance sheet.
• 3. Any original, Valid and non expired authorized Photo ID(School ID card, Pan card, Driving licence, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar card, Ration card with photo graph,12th class Board admit card and Bank pass book)
• 4. PWD Certificate and letter of undertaking for using own scribe.

Along with the above documents candidates are advised to cary the following with them in the examination Hall!

• Transparent Ball point pen.
• Personal hand sanitizer(50ml)
• Transparent water bottle.
• Sugar tablets/fruits in case the candidate is diabetic.

CENTERS : There are 331 centers allotted in India in which 13 centers are from Tamil Nadu. 10 centers are allotted in abroad countries. ( Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait, Bahrain, Colombo, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu )
